Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of thewealthbuddy.org, the BillBuddy application, our webinars, and any related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Please note: these Terms contain important provisions that limit our liability, require disputes to be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Jaipur (waiving any right to participate in a class action), and impose a 90-day limitation period on bringing any claim. By using our services, you accept these provisions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and TheWealthBuddy (“TheWealthBuddy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operating from the registered office of Megha Bhansali Classes, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing thewealthbuddy.org, registering for any webinar, creating a BillBuddy account, downloading content, completing any payment, or using any other service we offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, all of which form an integral part of this agreement.

If you are accessing the services on behalf of a firm, company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term “you” refers to both you personally and to that entity.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the services. Your continued use is conclusive evidence of your acceptance.

2. About TheWealthBuddy & the services

TheWealthBuddy provides:

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part or all of the services, including features, pricing tiers, content, branding and availability, at any time. Such changes will not give rise to any claim, refund obligation or other liability on our part except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You may use the services only if:

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete. We may, at our sole discretion, verify your information at any time and may suspend or terminate your access if any information is found to be inaccurate, misleading or false.

4. Account registration & security

Where the services require an account, you agree:

We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including (without limitation) where the account has been inactive, where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use, or where required to do so by law.

5. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree NOT to do any of the following, and you acknowledge that any breach is a material breach of these Terms entitling us to immediately terminate your access without notice or refund:

6. Webinars (free & paid)

6.1 Free webinars

From time to time, we offer free educational webinars (such as the AI + Accounting Masterclass on 10 May 2026). Free webinars are provided as a courtesy and on an “as-is” basis. Registration creates no enforceable contract for delivery. We may cancel, reschedule, change format, change speakers, change duration or modify the content of a free webinar at any time without notice or liability. Where we cancel a free webinar, our sole obligation, if any, is to inform registrants by email or to provide an alternative recording at our discretion.

6.2 Paid webinars and courses

Paid webinars and courses are offered at the prices listed on the relevant registration page. By making payment, you irrevocably accept these Terms and our Refund Policy, including the strict no-refund provisions stated therein.

Recording access: for each paid webinar or course, registered attendees receive access to the recording for a period of two (2) calendar months from the date the live session is conducted. Recording access is the sole and exclusive remedy available to a registered attendee in lieu of any refund. Recording access is a personal, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable licence; you may not download, screen-record, share, redistribute or republish the recording in any form, and any such action will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may give rise to a claim for damages.

The 2-month period begins on the date of the live session, not the date the recording is made available. Extensions are not granted under any circumstances. Failure to access the recording within the window does not entitle you to any refund, credit or extension.

6.3 Conduct during sessions

You agree to behave respectfully during webinars. We reserve the absolute right, exercisable in our sole discretion, to remove any participant from a session for any reason, including disruption, inappropriate behaviour, breach of these Terms, or no reason at all, with no refund or compensation owed.

6.4 Educational content; not professional advice

All webinar, course and content material is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial or other professional advice. You must obtain independent advice from a duly qualified professional before relying on any information for any actual business decision, statutory filing, financial transaction, audit, return or investment. We accept no responsibility for any outcome arising from your reliance on the content.

7. BillBuddy application terms

7.1 Licence

Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms and your payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable licence to use the BillBuddy application during the active subscription period for your own internal business purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

7.2 Subscription, free trial & auto-renewal

7.3 Customer data & client confidentiality

7.4 Service levels & downtime

The services are provided without any service level commitment. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, network issues, force-majeure events and any other cause of downtime do not give rise to any refund, credit or claim. We expressly disclaim all liability for any loss arising from downtime or unavailability.

7.5 Pricing changes

We may revise pricing at any time. New pricing applies to all new purchases and to subscription renewals. Where pricing changes affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Payments, pricing & taxes

9. Cancellation & refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, except as expressly stated in that policy:

If you make payment, you waive any right to a refund except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. Subjective dissatisfaction with content, format, faculty, depth, perceived value or any other matter does not qualify for a refund.

10. Intellectual property

All content available on or through thewealthbuddy.org and the BillBuddy application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, source code, course materials, downloadable PDFs, AI prompts, models, methodologies, the “TheWealthBuddy” and “BillBuddy” trademarks and trade dress — is owned by TheWealthBuddy or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, design and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, sell, license or in any way exploit any of our content, in whole or in part, without our prior express written consent. We will enforce our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law and will seek all available remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

11. Your content & licence to us

Any documents, files, comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, testimonials or other content you submit to or share through our services (“User Content”) remains your property as between us, subject to the licences below.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute and display the User Content for the purpose of providing the services to you.

In addition, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable licence to use any de-identified, aggregated or statistical data derived from your User Content for any purpose, including improving our services and developing new products, without any obligation to compensate you. We do not use your raw, identifiable financial documents to train foundation AI models.

For any feedback, ideas or suggestions you provide (collectively, “Feedback”): you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the Feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you, including incorporating it into the services with no attribution or compensation.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the above licences and that the User Content does not infringe any third-party right.

12. AI outputs & professional disclaimer
